The EU Commission provides an information platform for the online settlement of disputes in consumer matters, the so-called “OS platform”. The OS platform can be reached at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
However, the hotel is neither obligated nor willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board for the settlement of disputes between the hotel and the guest.
